9/21 Day 8 Port Stephens

Allen is joining us in Sydney today, good choice!! Today I am the driver to port stephen, it is really challenging though. Driving in sydney city is such a mess, a lot of no right turn, we have missed our way many times when going to fetch Allen. Goshhhhh, I got into bus lane twice~ :p

Our schedule today is really pack, we have to reach port stephens sand boarding by 11am, it will take an hour and rush for dolphin & whale cruise by 1.30pm. Although we got delayed almost an hour in the city but we are still cool. We manage to catch 11.30 sand boarding session.

Sand boarding is really fun!! Brand new experience! Don't open your mouth too big when sliding down hahaha Every inch of our clothes are filled by sand, even our ears also filled by sand! There were other Korean people in the same trip but they had left after 15minutes, not enjoying like us hehe... Sliding down is fun but climbing up is night mare!! I have do it 3 times although I still wanna play but already exhausted... thats why you see alot more artistic photos with the sand :p
Yeah! it is 12.30, we are still on time for cruise! We have had a rush lunch at subway before cruising. We have seen dolphins very soon just right after we leave the shore. The wave is very strong compared to my previous experience. Probably the lunch was too full too, after an hour my tummy started to feel uncomfortable, I could feel the subway smell from the gas release. Yuckie... dun ask me to go subway again... at least for quite a while... We were 2 hours away from the shore to look for the whale.

Whale ... Whale... Where are you??? Come see me ... show me your breath!! The captain assistant is standing at the top of cruise searching for its trace... There she is!! We finally found her but she only let us see a glance of her. Only 2 seconds... she hide again... It is really not easy to play hide and seek with whalie... Whalie will show its tail first before a big jump but today she seems not to be in the mood.... too bad laaaaaaaaa October will be a better time for whale watching as now they are just migrating over, we only many to see couple of them. Well, I am not kidding you, the wave is really strong, me and cai got half wet as the wave come from beneath... we were standing at the front when looking for the whale :p
