Did you spot it???? It is hiding in the Ocean Tuna pizzaaaaa....... under the cheese layer... I seems to have the sense and open up the cheese layer to spot the cockroach huh?? It is merely coincident, I am opening the cheese layer to take out the "smelly vege" inside and this is what I saw!!!
Immediately I capture these pics and call the manager over.... I told her "Hey there is a cocroach in your pizza! Do you wanna verify??" and pass her the knife to flip the cocroach, yuck!!! Guess what.... she still ask me is it okay to replace a new pizza for me! Sudah tak lalu nak makan la! I told her I am not going to pay for the meal and luckily she still know customer service, quickly clear the pizza from our sight and came back to apologize again, telling us no need to pay for the bill...
Still I won't wanna go back to this restaurant... ...

My situation not as bad as yours. I saw a baby cockcroach on my table while we were having farewell luncheon. I was not the host, so I didn't make a fuss..
Compare to you, my consumer awareness is Below Requirement lah! I wrote to qsr.com.my, and the area manager replied. I put his reply on my blog.
